  • Billing & Payment Information: For transactions, we collect billing details and transaction records (via our third-party payment gateways like Instamojo).
  • Communication Data: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

  • Process, route, and deliver your Bulk SMS, WhatsApp messages, Voice calls, and Emails.

These logs record delivery statuses (sent, delivered, read, failed) for the messages routed through our platform. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and measuring campaign performance.

  • Telecom Operators & Aggregators: In order to route and deliver SMS and Voice call services, we transmit destination numbers and message content to licensed telecom operator networks (such as BSNL, Jio, Airtel, Vi, etc.) under TRAI regulations.
  • Meta / WhatsApp: For verified WhatsApp Business API services, customer data and message templates are processed through Meta/WhatsApp servers in compliance with WhatsApp Business Terms and Policies.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., TRAI, government security agencies).

7. Data Security & Storage

The security of your data is important to us. We employ appropriate security measures, technical protocols, and encryption standard practices to protect your personal information and message logs from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
