Telecom Operators & Aggregators: In order to route and deliver SMS and Voice call services, we transmit destination numbers and message content to licensed telecom operator networks (such as BSNL, Jio, Airtel, Vi, etc.) under TRAI regulations.
Meta / WhatsApp: For verified WhatsApp Business API services, customer data and message templates are processed through Meta/WhatsApp servers in compliance with WhatsApp Business Terms and Policies.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., TRAI, government security agencies).

7. Data Security & Storage

The security of your data is important to us. We employ appropriate security measures, technical protocols, and encryption standard practices to protect your personal information and message logs from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
